And as a dietary of sulfur, it is essential for the proper formation of new hair, hoof, and connective tissues (such as cartilage, ligaments, and tendons). Directions for Use 

Loading Phase

Give 10 grams (1 heaping scoop) twice daily for the first 2 weeks.

Maintenance

Give 10 grams (1 heaping scoop) once daily.
